Vesna Leskošek

Dr. Vesna Leskošek is a full professor at the University of Ljubljana, where she chairs the working group on Monitoring the Implementation of the Gender Equality Plan. She contributes to the work of various committees dealing with equality, inclusion and diversity in the Guild and in Eutopia. She is a chair of the Discipline Committee in the Faculty of Social Work, which investigates cases of breaches of integrity and ethical standards in academia. Her main research interests are changes in the welfare state, poverty and social inequality, gender and age. She is currently leading a basic research project entitled Life course and everyday life of elderly people living in poverty.
