Nina Peršak

Dr Nina Peršak is Specialist Consultant – Head of Unit for Research Ethics and Integrity (University of Ljubljana), Full Professor of Law (University of Maribor, habilitation), Scientific Director (Institute for Criminal-Law Ethics and Criminology, Ljubljana), Academic Consultant (Ghent University) and Co-Director of the Equity and Criminal Justice working group (BCCE, UC Berkeley). She holds a PhD in Law from Ljubljana, and an LL.M. (Master of Law) and M.Phil. in Social and Developmental Psychology, both, from University of Cambridge. She a member of ENERI and a long-standing ethics expert/adviser at the EU level.
