You can download the template for writing up your abstract to help you gauge its proper length. Note that submission of the abstract is form-based and this file can only be used to help you in writing your submission content, but the file itself cannot ultimately be used to submit your abstract. Please do not send the file by email to the organisers, as this file does not contain all the requisite information required for a succesful submission.
Abstracts must be submitted online no later than 31 March 2025.

Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The usual allocated time to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions. Please note that we can adjust slightly the allocated time depending on the number of submissions.
A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).
An additional option to introduce the accepted poster in a two-minute slot during a special session (depending on the number of accepted posters) will be offered.
The applicants are responsible for preparing the content of the event’s programme and the event coordination. The time slot for an event is 1h30. The events must be interactive, and include practical information that participants can bring back to their communities. The hybrid option is not available, you can hold the event completely online but you would have to organize it and share the link with us before the conference.
All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the book of abstracts will be available online under creative commons licence CC0.
