Biography
Asaël Rouby joined the National Research Fund (FNR) in 2009 following roles at major law firms in Luxembourg. He has held positions including Legal Advisor, Research Integrity Officer, and Programme Manager, with a focus on AFR PhD funding and social sciences. Since 2022, he has been part of the International Relations team, managing thesis funding and project evaluation for Law and Economics. His legal expertise spans procedural management, GDPR, research ethics, and compliance.
ROUBY contributed to “The European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity,” co-chaired ENRIO from 2015–2017, helped establish the Luxembourg Agency for Research Integrity, and served as interim Secretary General (2021–2023).
