Biography
Rosemarie Bernabe is Professor of Research Ethics and Research Integrity at the University of Oslo, with over 20 years of international experience in medical ethics, research governance, research integrity, and the ethical inclusion of vulnerable populations. She has led or coordinated multiple EU- and internationally funded projects addressing research ethics capacity-building, equitable access to care, and responsible innovation in crisis-affected regions. Key projects include TRUSTparency, AccessAfrica 1 and 2, ROSiE, XR4Human, Pandemic Ethics, and BEYOND. These initiatives reflect her commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive frameworks that support ethical engagement and the empowerment of marginalized communities.
